The Hill city of Swarnha Bhoomi will consist of 180 plots consisting of 20 to 40 cents each. Each unit will comprise a house with car parking facilities and will be fully landscaped.
The front of the house would be landscaped using Korean grass and flowering plants. Fruit trees would be planted around the house and the back yard of the house would have a kitchen garden.
The units would be sold to a Target Group which would consist of high profiles indians and prospective buyers from abroad stressed with their day to day occupations.
On the Eastern side of the property ample space is allocated for park and club house. 7 acres of land will be exclusively set aside for the park which would be architected with exotic flowering plants, shrubs,.

The presence of an entertainment park may make them tarry on for a few days in Madurai making the target group very large. Hence to offer a range of entertainment an "Adventure Sports Park" has been proposed in 75-Acres of land.
ADVENTURE SPORTS PARK - CONCEPT
The entire site is divided into two Zones 1&2. Zone 1 is the Fun World which has all the activities for kids, Family and elders. It’s also the entertaining zone.
The second zone is the Extreme world where all the adrenaline activities for adults are placed. Thus giving two diverse zones for the entire crowd with non stop actions all around the corners uplifting the whole adventure sports park.
All internal roads for shuttle movement and services are taken to the periphery of the site of width 10m. This gives free movement for the pedestrian and kids can play all around traffic free.
All roads are connected in a loop form to all corners of the site. So that all emergency vehicles like ambulance or fire truck can access all points at any situation. Bicycle track is placed parallel to the service road for congestion free movement. The same track can be used for segway. Trike etc.,
The entire walkway is designed in a triangular pattern where the hypotenuse or the diagonal axis is taken as the main movement direction. Which is also the shortest distance.
This is done to reduce fatigue of people psychologically walking long distances for all activities. The triangle VERTEX points are called NODES and these nodes are the refreshment points having, juice bars, Eateries, Drinking water fountain, Toilets etc.,
